11.Healthy lifestyle.
Sports play a big role in my life. I often play football. Sports help me stay strong and healthy. I also train at home, run to be faster and stronger. Training keeps me fit and feeling good.
Healthy food is important too. I try to eat well, avoiding unhealthy food as much as possible. Unlike many teenagers, I don’t smoke because it’s bad for health, and I don’t drink alcohol because it’s harmful to the brain.
Thanks to a healthy lifestyle, I rarely get sick maybe once a year. It gives me energy and keeps me strong.
