Introduction
Today I will present my project on modern Russian main battle tanks. Over the years, tank development has focused on three key areas: armor protection, firepower, and mobility. In this project, we look at three primary models currently used by the Russian ground forces:
1st one
T-90M Proryv Year: 2020
Gun size 125mm
Features: Relikt reactive armor against ATGMs, thermal sights, remote weapon station.
2nd one
T-14 Armata Year: 2015
Gun: 125mm smoothbore gun
Features: Unmanned turret, crew capsule, Afghanit active protection against missiles.
3rd one
T-80BVM Year: 2017 Gun: 125mm smoothbore gun Features: Gas turbine engine for extreme cold, Relikt reactive armor, slat armor.
